Iliana’s studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that situations may arise, leading to canceled appointments. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or re-schedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge for the service booked. No call, no show will be charged a full-service fee. Reoccurring cancellations or rescheduling may result in an end to our client-provider relationship. At Iliana’s, we make each client a priority and we have no room for late shows. If you are more than 10 min late we will ask you to please re-schedule your appointment. We are focused on providing the best experience. We kindly ask that you please come alone. Cleanliness is so important, we do not have room for pets. Iliana is a small studio dedicated to giving a good one-on-one experience, therefore we ask you not to bring your kids or partners to the appointment as we cannot entertain them and this may disturb your time to relax. We want to make sure you have the best appointment possible and walk out with a boost of confidence and glow you deserve. We appreciate your understanding. Privacy is important to Iliana. We don't share client information or data with anyone.
